A Handy Post Office
The Village Store is fortunate to have a Post Office on the premises.
You can pop in for the groceries, get that birthday present sent to Australia and the car tax renewed at the same time.

- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 10am to 1pm
- Saturdays
- 10am to 12pm
Even though we only have a small counter operating restricted hours our sub Postmaster can still provide all the main services you would expect at a regular Post Office.
These include sending mail and parcels to the UK and abroad, recorded delivery and registered post.
Mail can be redirected if you move house or the Keepsafe service will save your post when you are on holiday.
Barclays account holders can withdraw cash using their debit cards and also deposit cheques.
Licences and car tax, mobile top-ups, passport check and send, foreign currency can be ordered, pensions and benefits can all be arranged using our Post Office counter.
